End of Pro plans.

Photoweb Cloud is refocusing on the essentials — storing, organising and sharing your photos. The Pro plans and the photo-selling features are being phased out. Here's what that changes, and when.

What's changing

We are gradually ending the Pro plans (ACCESS and INFINITE) as well as the features dedicated to selling photos. The goal: to focus our efforts on the core of the service — backing up, organising and sharing your memories.

Your photos, your albums, your share links and your access are not affected: they stay in place, as usual.

Timeline

From 15 July 2026.

On that date, the automatic renewal of Pro plans stops. Nothing is interrupted overnight: your current subscription stays active until its next anniversary date.

A subscription renewed before 15 July 2026 remains valid until its normal expiry.

When your subscription expires

Automatic switch

Your account is automatically moved to the standard plan that matches your storage volume. No service interruption.

If the standard plan costs more

Automatic renewal is disabled as a precaution: you then choose the plan that suits you yourself, freely.

What you can do

  • Do nothing and let the automatic switch apply when your subscription expires.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Go back to the free 5 GB plan if it's enough for your needs: your memories stay accessible.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my photos?
No. Your photos, videos, albums and share links are kept. Only the features tied to the Pro plans and to selling photos are affected.
Is there any service interruption?
None. The switch to the standard plan happens without interruption, on your subscription's anniversary date.
How do I cancel if I don't want to continue?
From your account settings, in a single click. You can also go back to the free 5 GB plan, with no commitment.
