Choose the folders to watch: any new photo added there is immediately uploaded to your Cloud space.

Do I have to install Photoweb Cloud Transfer?

No, installing is not required. Import and download functions are available directly from your Cloud space in the browser. The app does become essential for downloads over 1 GB in a single transfer, as well as for automatic folder backup.

Is the app free?

Yes, completely. Photoweb Cloud Transfer is included in every plan, including the free 5 GB plan. No extra charge, ever.

Does the app use a lot of resources?

No. It's designed to stay quietly in the background, without slowing your computer. You can also limit the bandwidth used for transfers, so you don't saturate your internet connection.

Are my photos really secure during transfer?

Yes. All transfers between your computer and our servers are encrypted. Your photos are kept in France, on certified infrastructure, never analysed or resold.

What happens to Joomeo Transfer for existing subscribers?

Joomeo Transfer keeps working and will gradually be updated to Photoweb Cloud Transfer. No action is required on your part: your logins, watched folders and preferences are preserved.
