Are my photos really safe?

Yes. Your data is hosted on secure servers located in France. We use end-to-end encryption and we will never resell your data to third parties.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, our subscriptions are contract-free. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, in a single click. Your free 5 GB space remains available.

What happens if I exceed my storage quota?

We'll notify you by email. Your existing photos remain accessible, but you won't be able to add new ones until you free up space or move to a higher plan. No photo is ever deleted without your consent.

Can I change plan along the way?

Yes, at any time and in both directions. You can move to a higher plan as your memories grow, or down if you need less space. The price is adjusted pro rata.

What happens to my Joomeo subscription?

On 15 July 2026, Joomeo becomes Photoweb Cloud. Your albums, photos, share links, logins and subscriptions all stay the same.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. No payment method is required for the free 5 GB plan.
