Photoweb Cloud is a brand of the Photoweb group, which takes the privacy of the visitors and members of its sites very seriously.

Data we collect and why
We only collect the information we need to provide you with the service, and only the information you give us voluntarily.
Identification data
Surname, first name, email address, username and password. Required to create your personal space and keep it secure.
Browsing data
Anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, session duration) to improve the service. See our cookie page for details.
Your photo content
The photos, videos and albums you entrust to us. They remain your exclusive property and are never analysed for commercial purposes.
Billing data
When you subscribe to a paid plan, the necessary payment information is processed by our secure banking provider.
What we will never do
- Sell, exchange or rent your personal data to any third party whatsoever.
- Share your information with commercial partners without your explicit consent.
- Send you unsolicited emails. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe option.
Hosted in France
All your data — including your photos and videos — is hosted exclusively within the European Economic Area, on secure servers located in France.
Your memories never leave European territory, and benefit from the protection of the GDPR.
Your rights over your data
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you several rights over your personal information. You can exercise them at any time, free of charge.

Response time: we undertake to respond to any request within a reasonable period that shall not exceed one month.
Retention period
Your data is kept only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in compliance with legal obligations (in particular tax and accounting obligations). Your photo content remains accessible for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, it is permanently erased from our servers.
Keeping your data secure
Photoweb Cloud implements electronic and physical measures in line with industry standards to protect your data against any loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Our infrastructure is continuously monitored and our teams are trained in cybersecurity best practices.
