The user undertakes to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information when registering, and to update it should anything change. Photoweb Cloud may use these contact details to send you communications relating to the service or promotional offers, in accordance with our privacy policy.
Your login credentials are strictly personal. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Photoweb Cloud offers two categories of plan:
- Hosting and sharing plans: storage of your photos and videos, private album sharing, mobile and desktop apps.
- Printing services: prints, photo books, posters and other products from the Photoweb lab.
Order confirmation
Every order is subject to electronic confirmation. Once confirmed, it becomes irrevocable. The documents exchanged (confirmation email, invoice) are archived and constitute evidence, in accordance with articles 1366 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Prices and payment
The applicable prices are those displayed on the date and time the order is confirmed. All prices are stated in euros, inclusive of French VAT. Payments are accepted by bank card and PayPal. The order is confirmed once approved by the payment centre; a card refusal results in its automatic cancellation.
Automatic renewal
Photoweb Cloud subscriptions renew automatically on expiry, unless deactivated beforehand from your « My account » area.
In accordance with article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), Photoweb Cloud will inform you in writing, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the term, of the option not to renew your subscription. Should you not be informed within these time limits, you may terminate free of charge and obtain a refund of any sums paid in advance, within thirty days.
5. Right of withdrawal
How do I cancel my Photoweb Cloud subscription?
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, simply click the « Cancel my subscription » link, then complete the form by selecting the reason « Withdrawal request – Photoweb Cloud ».
Our Customer Service will process your request within a maximum of 14 days.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Where withdrawal is exercised within this period, Photoweb will refund the amount of your subscription. This refund may be reduced by the value of any discounts you have benefited from as part of Photoweb Cloud.
The amount refunded will therefore correspond to the price of the subscription, less any benefits already used.
